  Ingredients
2 ounces The Ecology Center’s citronette dressing
1/2 bag Salanova Mix
1/4 bunch Parsley, roughly chopped
1/4 bunch Cutting Celery, roughly chopped
1/4 bunch Dill, roughly chopped
1/4 bunch Cilantro, roughly chopped
1 tsp Flaky salt
   
   

Yield: 4 servings

Instructions

      • Add your salanova and chopped herbs to a suitable sized mixing bowl, reserving a pinch of the herbs to garnish. Dress with the vinaigrette and toss to evenly coat.

      • Plate in a large bowl or platter and top with the remaining herbs and flakey salt.
