Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Boil potatoes until tender; let cool and slice in half.
- Mince garlic and set aside.
- Toss potatoes, garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then roast for 20 min until golden.
- Sauté Romano beans in olive oil until golden; add broccoli leaves.
- Combine potatoes with Romano beans and broccoli; season to taste.
- Plate and grate Parmesan cheese.
