Introduced to The Ecology Center through last summer’s HEARTH dinner series, Tyler’s ethos of sourcing the best seasonal produce directly from farmers was a natural fit with our Regenerative Organic Certified™ model. Riffing off All Time favorites like focaccia smothered in fresh burrata and Sungold tomatoes and handmade cavatelli with spring raab and chard, Tyler’s no-fuss “backyard cuisine” promises to highlight the authentic flavors of our regeneratively grown produce.
