WHOLE ROASTED CAULIFLOWER & TAHINI CAESAR with Heirloom Bean Spice and Salad Seed Crunch

Take this as an inspiration to use up the rest of that jar of salad dressing in your fridge. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box and add something fun to the veggies you’re taking home today. We like to think that all of our salad dressing can be cross utilized as marinades, sauces and dips.

1 head Cauliflower

Pantry
1 jar Caesar Dressing
1 jar Salad seed crunch
1 jar Bean spice

Instructions

Serves 2-4 people

Start by trimming the bottom of the cauliflower so it sits flat. then toss the cauliflower with a generous amount of olive oil and bean spice and place root side down into a 400f oven. roast for 40-45 minutes, until the the cauliflower is golden brown and is tender in the center when pierced with a knife.
 
On a large plate, add 3/4 of the caesar in a large circle. place the roasted cauliflower on top of the dressing, topping with the remaing caesar and the salad seed crunch
