Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad with Balsamic

1 cupbalsamic vinegar
2 Tblhoney
1 lb large strawberries, stemmed and quartered lengthwise
½ lbschèvre style goat cheese, crumbled
black pepper, freshly ground
¼ bunch of fresh cilantro, rinsed and stems removed

In a medium pan, heat balsamic vinegar and honey on medium-low. Allow to thicken until mixture resembles syrup, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside. 

Place the strawberries on a tray. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste. Drizzle strawberries with the balsamic reduction, crumble goat cheese over strawberries, and garnish with cilantro.
