Spring Thyme Cooler

Ingredients:
1 Lemon With Peel (Wash Well)
1 Orange With Peel (Wash Well)
3 Sprigs Of Thyme
2 Tbsp Organic Honey
2 Tbsp Good Olive Oil
Pinch Of Salt
2 Cups Cold Water

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth and strain through a fine mesh strainer.

Make up to 3 days ahead and store in the refrigerator.

Once ready to serve, shake with ice and pour into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprig of thyme.

Makes about 5 mocktails.

To make a cocktail add 1.5 oz of Brazilian Cachaca or botanical gin.
