Instructions

- Start by slicing half the onion into thin slices.
- Place the sliced onions into a large hot cast iron with about 1.5 tablespoons of Hearth Spice followed by half the jar of Tomato Passata and place this into a 450f oven for 7-10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and make 4 small wells in the sauce. Crack the eggs into the wells and sprinkle a bit more Hearth Spice over the eggs. Place back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Check eggs for doneness, the whites should be set with runny yolks.
- Once ready, top the Shakshuka with a pinch of Seed Crunch and serve with a slice of bread and some Salsa Macha. Enjoy!
