GREEN FEAST is the moment it all comes together. It’s where our shared ethos comes into one night, with our closest friends, donors, chefs, and staff, to celebrate the seasons of hard work, the progress we’ve made, and the culture we’re growing.
For the past 18 years, Green Feast has been the day that puts it all together. The dinner. The celebration. The moment we invite our favorite chefs to come enjoy themselves, be of service, and co create the most delicious feast we can imagine.
It’s also the day we invite our closest friends and donors to the table with real gratitude. For the work you’ve done, and the work we’ve done, to plant more seeds that will keep growing in the seasons ahead.
And yes, Green Feast is our fundraiser. It’s the night that puts resources in the tank so we can keep moving the mission forward and create maximum impact.
Resources that help us mentor more children. Resources that help us steward this land. Resources that help us grow regenerative organic ingredients to feed our community. Resources that help us amplify the message and widen the circle without losing the source.

Shakedown String Band
Hailing from Ocean Beach, San Diego, Shakedown String Band has evolved from their traditional “string band” roots; while the core of the sound relies heavily on vocal harmonies and soaring electric melodies, the momentum is powered by tight drums and percussion. Whether you’re a lover of acoustic strings or psychedelic jams, Shakedown String Band boasts a deep catalog of original music that offers a diverse palette for just about everyone.
