Rooted in the union of movement, breath, and music, Kaila’s teaching philosophy encourages a practice that is both explorative and deeply restorative. Her Slow Flow classes build gradually in intensity, emphasizing mindful, intentional movement. With a balance of fluidity and grounded strength, students are invited to deepen their awareness, discover their inner resilience, and stay present in each breath.
As the practice winds down, Kaila leads students into Shavasana, serenading them with live guitar and soulful vocals. This final offering creates a serene, meditative space for integration, gently guiding the body and mind into relaxation and stillness.
