Yoga on the Farm for adults will be led by Ashley Laurie every second Saturday of the month (Family Yoga takes place on the first Saturday of the month). Please arrive by 8:50am, prepared to begin promptly at 9am. Bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket, as well as water (reusable bottles please). Second Saturdays are open to all skill levels, but we recommend families with young children attend the First Saturday session. We will be outdoors but mostly shaded. Proper sun protection is encouraged.

Ashley Laurie
Ashley found her love for yoga over 12 years ago living in Cambridge, MA. Ashley has always had a passion for health and wellness and she believes feeling centered, grounded and peaceful involves all facets of the physical and energetic body. Ashley has completed her 200 hour teacher training in Bhakti Vinyasa modalities and enjoys bringing spirituality, devotion, and community connection to her mat. Her practice focuses on mindful movement using meditation + flow + breathwork + sound.
Ashley is also a certified instructor in MELT Method neurofascial science and Reiki Level 1 practitioner. She has a BS from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and has spent most of her professional career in high-growth tech. As a lover of life and the environment, Ashley has an adoration for cooking and is busy raising two young children. She stays happy traveling, hiking, biking, and enjoying music with friends and family.
