About the Facilitators

Ashley has always had a passion for health and wellness and she believes feeling centered, grounded and peaceful involves all facets of the physical and energetic body. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in Bhakti Vinyasa modalities and enjoys bringing spirituality, devotion, and community connection to her mat. Her practice focuses on mindful movement using meditation + flow + breath work + sound.

We are deeply honored to welcome special guest Hayley Shines—a poet, author, and storyteller whose work lives at the intersection of healing, creativity, and coming home to yourself. Her debut book, Heart Jam Journey: A Path to Healing and Harmony Within, arrives May 2026. Through poetry, the HEART framework, and radically honest storytelling, Hayley guides women in releasing shame, befriending who they already are, and discovering the groundedness they’ve been searching for—not out there, but within.

Women’s Circle with Ashley Laurie & Hayley Shines

In the quiet spaces of our minds, stories are always being told. Some are inherited. Many are experienced. And some are no longer aligned to who we are becoming.

This May, we gather in circle to gently explore the narratives we carry – both the ones we speak out loud and the ones that live beneath the surface.

Through guided reflection, shared conversation, and embodied practices, we will begin to notice our internal dialogue with greater clarity and compassion. Not to judge it, but to understand it.

Because when we bring awareness to our inner narratives, we create space for something new.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The difference between the stories that happened and the stories we tell ourselves about them
  • How our internal narratives shape our identity, relationships, and sense of possibility
  • Practices to gently rewrite or release patterns that no longer serve us
  • Ways to root into a more aligned, supportive inner voice

This circle is an invitation to be held in community, witnessed in your truth, and supported in your becoming. All parts of you are welcome here.

What to Expect

Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness.
By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.
