True Nature: LOVE IS.
A Yoga + Wellness Experience to Nourish & Balance the Heart — All Ways with Kelley Doyle
“Learn what actions of yours bring freedom + love.” ~ Hafiz
Come join us at the Peace Dome and connect with your sweet heart on a day that celebrates love and invites us into deeper relationship — with ourselves, with one another, with the land, and with the living world. This gathering is an invitation to come home in your body and remember how harmony is cultivated from the inside out through movement, breath, Ayurveda, herbs, food, and the conscious choices we make — all ways.
True Nature: LOVE IS. offers a sacred pause to listen to the wisdom of the heart. Rooted in the five elements of Ayurveda — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — this yoga and wellness experience explores love as a living, embodied practice.
The heart is where all five elements meet. Earth offers steadiness and support, Water brings feeling and flow, Fire awakens warmth and courage, Air moves breath and circulation, and Ether holds the spacious field of awareness that allows connection to exist. When these elements move in harmony, love is not something we seek — it is something we remember.
🌿 What to Expect
We will begin in a gentle, open discussion — planting seeds of awareness and exploring how balance is created and disrupted through daily life. Together, we’ll reflect on how the five elements express themselves in body, mind, and heart, and how our choices around movement, nourishment, rest, connection, and attention directly influence our health and sense of well-being — all ways.
You’ll be introduced to seasonal Ayurvedic insights, including:
- Herbal elixirs and plant allies chosen to support the heart, nervous system, and emotional balance during this season of relationship.
- Seasonal foods and simple nourishment practices that help ground, warm, soften, and energize the body.
- An understanding of how aligning with the season creates ease, resilience, and inner harmony.
From there, we’ll move into a heart-centered yoga practice designed to embody what we’ve explored. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll experience the dynamic dance of the five elements — grounding into Earth, flowing with Water, igniting Fire, expanding with Air, and resting into the spaciousness of Ether.
This practice is slow, intentional, and nourishing — created to support the heart space while cultivating clarity, vitality, openness, and peace.
🌿 This Gathering Invites You To
- Ground into the body through a yoga practice cultivated to nourish and expand the heart.
- Explore what LOVE IS — self-love, relational love, unconditional love — and your personal relationship with self, others, and environment through the lens of the five elements.
- Cultivate balance that supports clarity, openness, resilience, vitality, and inner peace.
- Deepen relationship with yourself, community, and the natural world through embodied awareness.
Come as you are — solo, partnered, or with a friend.
Please wear clothes that you’re comfortable to move in. Journals, pens, yoga mats, cushions & blankets will be provided.
In this season of love and relationship, let the heart remember its true nature — steady, spacious, and alive with connection. 🌿💗
Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness.
By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.
