About the Facilitator

Sally Tabib is the founder of Heart and Soul of Sound, devoted to guiding others back to themselves through sound, presence, and deep inner listening.

With over a decade in the healing arts, she weaves together sound healing, tea ceremony, breath, and soul-centered coaching to create spaces where the nervous system can soften, the mind can quiet, and the heart can open.

A certified Kundalini yoga teacher, Erickson-trained coach, and PSYCH-K facilitator, Sally blends grounded training with intuitive depth. Her sound journeys featuring gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, and other instruments work on a cellular level to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect you to your natural rhythm.

Her work is simple, yet profound: when you are supported, healing unfolds.

The Ecology Sound Journey w/ Sally Tabib

Step into a space where sound becomes medicine…
where the noise of the world softens, and something deeper begins to speak.

We begin with gentle breath and simple movement awakening the body, settling the mind, and preparing the nervous system to receive. From there, you are guided to set a quiet intention… nothing forced, just a soft awareness of what you’re ready to release or invite in.

Then, you are led into stillness and the sound begins.

In this 75-minute sound bath, you’ll lie down and be immersed in waves of vibration from gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other sacred instruments. These frequencies move beyond words, traveling through the body like water soothing the nervous system, softening tension, and helping to release what has been quietly held.

Sound has a way of restoring rhythm. Of bringing the body back into harmony when life has pulled it out of tune.

This is not something you do.
This is something you allow.

Many leave feeling lighter… clearer… more grounded in themselves a quiet reset, a return to center.

Come as you are. Let the breath open the body. Set your intention… and let the sound carry you home.

Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness.
By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.
