Join us for a hands-on culinary adventure at The Ecology Center’s newest hands-on cooking class: Shakshuka Master Class. 

Shakshuka is a brunch-time favorite, traditionally made with poached eggs in a spicy tomato and pepper sauce. Our Master Class will highlight farm-fresh ingredients, offering you a chance to learn how to craft the dish with a local, organic twist.
