About the Facilitators

Sam & Todd are the dynamic teaching duo behind Wild Sprouts, the after-school adventure and wellness program at The Ecology Center, as well as core educators for the farm’s onsite school, Farm Raised. Having spent years co-leading children’s programming across the farm’s fields and sanctuary spaces, they have perfected the art of blending deep nervous system regulation with raw, hands-on wilderness survival—all infused with playfulness, joyful curiosity, and a deep reverence for the land.

With Sacred Survival, Sam and Todd are bringing the elevated core of their wildly popular farm-based methodology to adults, offering a rare dirt-to-dome immersion into both inner and outer resilience.

  • Sam Saldivar (E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a Restorative yoga educator, sacred rest facilitator, and the founder of Radiate Rest. Serving as a lead wellness educator at The Ecology Center, Sam brings a nuanced expertise in nervous system regulation, somatics, mythology, and restorative practices.

  • Todd is a lifelong outdoor educator, survivalist, and the founder of Skate Wild—a premier nonprofit that has been leading transformative wilderness camping, survival, and skateboarding expeditions into the backcountry for over twenty years.

Together, Sam and Todd offer a grounded, full-spectrum perspective on the farm—inviting you to step out of the daily grind, learn from the land, and transform chaos into calm.

Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness.
By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.
