Sam Saldivar has devoted her life to guiding students and clients toward deeper connection through the practices of yoga, rest, meditation, and mindful presence. With over a decade of experience, Sam is known for creating nurturing, introspective spaces that invite true rejuvenation and self-discovery.
An E-RYT® 500 and YACEP®, Sam has trained with esteemed teachers including Leslie Kaminoff, Jill Miller, and Kino MacGregor, and holds deep gratitude for her primary mentor, Judith Hanson Lasater. Her teaching is rooted in restorative and contemplative yoga traditions, shaped by a commitment to ongoing study and a passion for helping others tap into their inner wisdom.
Sam has led numerous retreats and yoga teacher trainings, weaving together Restorative Yoga, somatic movement, and nervous system regulation in her offerings. With warmth and deep empathy, she invites students to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their inner radiance. This retreat is a chance to experience her masterful blend of practices that gently guide you home to yourself.
Our journey will begin with intention setting, which you will hold through movement & meals, culminating in a seed-planting ceremony to call forth new growth within your life. Once planted in joy, there will be a grazing table and broth to enjoy & close the retreat. From Start to finish expect to cultivate a better understanding of your body in relation to the earth beneath us and the food that we take from it. We look forward to offering this opportunity to unite us in community and connect with ourselves!
During the retreat TEC will provide a tour of our 28 acre Regenerative Organic farm and will talk through the soil practices of the only certified organic and regenerative farm in California.
