Join us each month for mindfulness meditation on the farm!
Rebecca Reagan will be leading this outdoor experience for adults. Bring a meditation cushion if you have one, a towel, or blanket, as well as water (reusable bottles please). Meditation is open to all experience levels. We will be outdoors but mostly shaded. Proper sun protection is encouraged.
When: 10:15am (Arrive by 10:00am. If you’re doing yoga before, feel free to transition straight into Mindfulness Meditation)
Where: Meet in the courtyard by the Farm Stand

Rebecca Reagan is a mindfulness meditation teacher, certified by
Dharma Moon and
Tibet House. She is also an environmentalist, executive producer, and life coach. Known as a passionate in the non-profit space as well as a creative visionary, Becky is one of the founders of ‘
For the Birds: The Birdsong Project’ and co-founder of ‘Amazon Healing’. She is a mother, peace advocate, and an admirer of The Ecology Center.
