About the Facilitator
Ashley has always had a passion for health and wellness and she believes feeling centered, grounded and peaceful involves all facets of the physical and energetic body. She completed her 200 hour teacher training in Bhakti Vinyasa modalities and enjoys bringing spirituality, devotion, and community connection to her mat. Her practice focuses on mindful movement using meditation + flow + breath work + sound.

Breathe, move, and connect in this heart-centered vinyasa flow inspired by nature and the rhythms of the land. Each class offers a gentle, yet energizing sequence that builds strength, flexibility, and balance, while encouraging a deeper sense of presence and gratitude.
The mindful breath and dynamic sequences of this class are paired with moments of stillness, reflection, and community connection. The devotional aspect invites you to move with meaning and create a space to honor yourself, your practice, and the earth that supports us all.
Come ground yourself, flow, and feel inspired and renewed by the beauty within and around you. All levels are welcome (ages 10+).
Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness.
By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.
