Cultivating Presence: A Mindful Workshop for Mental Health and Wellbeing

Sat May 31 | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the Peace Dome

Join us for a restorative time of mindfulness, reflection, and community on the farm. Explore mental health practices rooted in presence, connection, and the healing power of nature.

We invite you to attend a special nourishing workshop of learning, reflection, and community set in the peaceful surroundings of the organic farm. This unique and transformative workshop blends mindfulness practices with practical mental health support, offering space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what matters.

Designed to be accessible, insightful, and restorative the workshop includes guided personal and interpersonal meditation, positive psychology, and reflective interpersonal and group discussions. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find tools and insights to help you feel more grounded, present, and supported in your daily life, as well as grow your psychological flexibility. Together, we’ll explore how nature, community, and intentional presence can support mental health and emotional wellbeing in meaningful ways.

Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness.
By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.
