Chef Pepe Cepeda of Quixote

From tragedy to triumph, Chef Pepe’s story is one of resilience and reinvention. After losing his father at just 14, he turned to entrepreneurship out of necessity, selling his grandmother’s rice pudding on the streets. This childhood venture evolved into a culinary career, culminating in the creation of his signature Horchata Rice Pudding Arancini. Now, this fusion of flavors is proudly served at Quixote, a testament to Cepeda’s journey from hardship to success.
