An edible conversation
between a farm, a chef,
and the community.

Spring brings fresh flavors, new traditions, and the return of Community Table—now on Saturday nights.

Each week, we gather with an incredible lineup of chefs, both familiar and new, to craft a live-fire feast featuring the freshest ingredients from our Regenerative Organic farm, local artisans, and fishermen.

And this season, we’ve made some exciting upgrades to our outdoor dining space—creating an even more beautiful setting to gather, connect, and share a meal under the stars.

By inviting culinary artists to the heart of our farm, we open doors to new ingredients, inspire them with our bio region’s historic foodways, and deepen their connection with the land. This intimate, family-style
feast features thoughtfully crafted courses, showcasing
the freshest farm produce.

Limited to just 80 guests, this gathering offers an authentic taste of the farm in a cozy, communal setting.

THE
COMMUNITY TABLE

ACCORD

Principles of a Regenerative
Food System

Our Community Table dinner series began with
the development of the Community Table
Accord–a set of principles developed by chefs
and leaders of the regenerative food movement
to promote sustainability throughout all aspects
of sourcing, preparing, and eating food. At The
Ecology Center, we believe that everyday, simple
solutions create big change in our communities.
Together, we are building a healthy, vibrant
future designed around the understanding that
we are a part of nature.

The Community Table Accord is an effort to mainstream sustainability in the global
farm-to-table community. Shaped, practiced,
and shared by our found chefs, the Community
Table Accord advances the conversation at the
dinner table. By living and eating in accordance
with these principles, each one of us contributes
to a more abundant future.
