“Friendsgiving” with Chef Cathy McKnight and friends!
Join us for an extra special “Friendsgiving” Community Dinner featuring Chef Cathy McKnight, and other epic Community Table chefs.
Chef Cathy’s cooking is rooted in love, community, and respect for the earth. Raised in Northern California and inspired early by the Slow Food Movement, her path led from the kitchen at Chez Panisse to founding What A Dish, her boutique catering company and café dedicated to local sourcing. A longtime partner and dear friend of The Ecology Center, she is proud to be a Community Accord Chef, committed to regenerative agriculture and building connections between chefs, farmers, and home cooks. From leading Model Meals to her latest venture, Kitchen 415, Chef Cathy continues to use food as both nourishment and education, celebrating the abundance of Mother Earth with every dish.
An edible conversation
between a farm, a chef,
and the community.
Please join us for this special fall series with some of our very favorite Community Table Chefs.
By inviting these culinary artists to the heart of our farm, we open doors to new ingredients, inspire them with our bio region’s historic foodways, and deepen their connection with the land. This intimate, family-style
feast features thoughtfully crafted courses, showcasing
the freshest farm produce.
Limited to just 72 guests, this gathering offers an authentic taste of the farm in a beautiful, communal setting.
Thank you to our sponsor My Favorite Neighbor
My Favorite Neighbor celebrates people, community, and moments made even better with a fantastic bottle of wine. Their wine is meant to be shared wherever life may find you—over sunsets, quiet nights on the porch, and at the dinner table. Inspired by the close friendship between founder Eric and his original “favorite neighbor,” Stephan Asseo of L’Aventure Winery, their wines result from a collaborative spirit shared between two passionate winemakers in the heart of Paso Robles.
