About the Facilitator

Sarah’s journey began in a childhood shaped by scarcity and survival, where love and safety often intertwined with fear and silence. Through years of self-abandonment, people-pleasing, and heartbreak, she discovered that true freedom arises not from being chosen by others, but from choosing herself. Today, she walks beside others on this path of remembrance through mindfulness, somatic healing, and ceremony — guiding them to release patterns of survival and reconnect with their wholeness.

When Earth Breathes In: Sound & Cacao Journey with Sarah Evangelista

“Tending what wants to grow in the Year of the Horse.”

“Where forward movement meets grounded presence.”

As we enter the Year of the Horse, we gather at the Ecology Center to listen to what wants to move forward – not through force, but through presence, care, and attunement.

Horse medicine carries vitality, momentum, and life force. At the same time, the land reminds us that all growth requires patience, tending, and trust in natural timing.

This cacao and sound gathering is an invitation to slow down and root into the body while honoring the quiet stirrings of what’s ready to emerge. Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and immersive sound, we’ll create space to integrate the past season and gently nourish new beginnings.

Like seeds planted in healthy soil, what we tend with presence grows in its own time.

This gathering is for those longing to reconnect with the rhythms of the land, the body, and the deeper intelligence that guides authentic forward movement.

Peace Dome activities help us reconnect to the land by sharing experiences that create reverence to the thousands of years old history of interconnectedness.
By coming together as a community, we are able to reflect on our relationship to this planet and this farm in order to help better steward it with a deep sense of peace. This work is just one of the ways in which we help envision a future of meaningful investment in our food, our neighbors, our children, and of course, this magical farm.
