Join Kat and Francisco for a heart opening experience rooted in self-connection and community celebration with cacao and live music. We will share about the origins of and our experience with this mythical plant. Together we will drop in with the cacao through intention and root into the wisdom of nature with a lighthearted Earth Connection Ritual. Following this, we will move deeper into the energy of the cacao guided by live traditional and fusion songs from South America and around the world. As you take in the experience you are invited to connect inwards as well as move, dance and celebrate life.
