As the days grow shorter and the chill of winter sets in, our appetites crave the cozy and comforting flavors that perfectly match the season’s charm.

PAGE TANGERINE

Small fruit, harder to peel, small wedges, strong floral notes and pungent citrus effervescence, very sweet, low acid, mellow tang, very enjoyable as a hand eating fruit but takes some work to peel. Great juice, worth the squeeze!

KISHU MANDARIN

Small fruit, very easy to peel, strong notes of honey and vanilla. Very sweet, low acid. So so good as a hand eating fruit and a great snack for kids (or adults!). Also great for salads, pastries, etc. because of the tiny wedges.

SATSUMA MANDARIN

Medium-sized fruit with very easy to peel skin. Very sweet with low acid and mellow citrus tang. Great for snacking!

Very juicy, sweet, bright, floral notes, balanced acidity with sweetness. Quintessential orange.

CARA CARA NAVEL

Very sweet navel orange varieties with a darker pink hue to the flesh. Very juicy with low acidity, they have tangy grapefruit notes balanced with the forward sweetness of berries.

Much sweeter than a Eureka, it’s lightly tart with a hint of floral notes and faint smoky bitterness.
